PSC URGES PATIENCE AND CALM
WHILE WAITING FOR THE ELECTIONS RESULTS

The Private Sector Commission (PSC) congratulates our electorate for their participation in a peaceful and well ordered General Elections.

We wish to commend the officials and staff of the Guyana Elections Commission who conducted themselves in an exemplary and professional manner throughout the Elections.

The PSC wishes also to publicly recognize the excellent manner in which the security forces have maintained the law and guaranteed the safety of all of our citizens during the period of the Elections.

The Private Sector looks forward to GECOM presenting the complete results of the Elections as soon as reasonably possible while ensuring the preservation of their integrity.

We urge the nation to be patient, to remain calm and to await the results.
