Guyana is the only English-speaking country in South America which lies conveniently on the north eastern coast of the continent. Most of Guyana’s populace resides along a narrow strip of rich agricultural land bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Over 85 percent of Guyana’s interior is covered with rich tropical rainforest and diverse eco systems, which are well endowed with an abundance of natural resources ready for profitable utilisation.
